Inside, the villa offers an open-concept living area with an updated kitchen equipped with all major appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. Throughout the home, you’ll find large flat-screen TVs with streaming capabilities, making it easy to unwind after a day exploring the island. The sleeping arrangements are ideal for families or groups: Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, flat screen TV, private en-suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower Guest Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed. Guest Bedroom 2: Two single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. Living Room: A pull-out sofa is available and can accommodate up to two additional guests (best suited for children or younger guests). If you plan to use the pull-out sofa, please let us know in advance so our cleaning team can prepare the mattress with fresh linens. The hallway features two additional bathrooms: a half powder room and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. For added convenience, the villa includes a full washer and dryer and is fully stocked with beach essentials, including beach chairs, snorkel equipment, and a cooler - everything you need for fun-filled days by the ocean. The property is fully gated and fenced, with security cameras at the gate and front door for extra peace of mind. Located in a safe, quiet area, this villa offers complete privacy and comfort. House Rules for Villa Nomada Check-In & Check-Out: 1. Check in & Check out: Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability, and an additional fee may apply. Please ensure you check out on time, as a fee of $50 will be charged for every 30 minutes past the scheduled check-out time. 2. Maximum Occupancy: The villa accommodates up to 6guests. Please do not exceed this limit. 3. No Parties or Events: We love hosting respectful guests, but parties and events are strictly prohibited. If a party or event is held on the property, a $1,000 fee will be charged. 4. Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors. It's the law. 5. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas. Please be aware that a $500 fee will be charged if smoking occurs indoors. 6. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been granted. If pets are brought to the property without authorization, a $500 fee will be applied. 7. Pool Safety: No running or diving. You can use the pool at your own risk and supervise children at all times. 8. Respect the Property: Please treat the villa with care. Report any damages immediately. 9. No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. 10. Housekeeping & Cleanliness: Please maintain the villa in a clean and tidy condition, and dispose of trash properly. Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.
