Exceptionally good value place that beat our expectations. Wonderful spot for a family holiday gathering. Plenty of space for 2 babies, 3 kids, and 6 adults with everyone getting their own space. Would absolutely stay again.

Christie’s place was perfect! We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday while visiting family. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and so comfortable. My kids loved the outside space and the bunk room. The location is great- close to downtown and close to the outlets! We would stay here again- looking forward to it!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy villa! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The outdoor pool was perfect for a relaxing day. The location is great as well, peaceful yet close enough to key attractions (although we do recommend having a car to get around easily).
Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend this house for your stay!

Christie was a great host and her flat in the heart of Dewey Beach was an excellent spot for a long weekend visit for a family wedding. Christie was super responsive, helpful, and kind. The condo was comfortable, modern, and clean. Would definitely recommend for people looking in the area!

Christie went above and beyond to make our weekend in Dewey absolutely fabulous! We stayed at Christie’s for the Dewey Goes PINK annual 5k for Breast cancer awareness and Christie’s home was perfect for this event. Not only was Christie prompt with responses to questions and needs, she took the extra time to decorate the space with pink balloons, ribbons, pink mini champagne bottles and an small gift to honor my mom who is a 2 time breast cancer survivor!
We can’t recommend this condo enough. Plenty of space, fantastic screened in porch, ample parking, very modern and updated and close to plenty of fun things to do in Dewey Beach.

Another great stay here! Christie’s place is spacious, in great condition and always clean and tidy! It’s also in a great location for walking to the beach and into Dewey resort. I’ll be coming back!

The house was clean and accurate to the description in the listing. A few short blocks to the beach and the town with restaurants/ bars/ entertainment. Christie was easy to communicate with and responded VERY quickly. I would definitely recommend!

Our family loved a short getaway for the end of summer and Christie’s. The home was big enough and comfortable for our family of six plus a one year old. A ten minute walk had us at the beach, a restaurant, or downtown Dewey. Christie was responsive, clear, and friendly in her communication. Thanks for helping our family create more great memories!

Every time we’ve vacationed here it has been wonderful. Christy is an awesome host. Any questions prior to arrival or during the stay she’s right there. Highly recommend anyone staying here.
